The objective of this co-educational class is to prepare students for the competitive exam for the merchant navy school. There are two schools of this type in France : Le Havre and Marseille.

This class can also bring up to level (scientific) students with other objectives than being a naval officer.

The subjects taught are those which they take for the final competition exam.
This exam being in May, the studies last around 28 weeks, that is why the students have to work hard all the time.

The attendance to classes, test papers, practice work is compulsory and strictly controled. A continuous control is organized from the beginning of the year and two mock exams are organized.

This formation is essentially for students with a scientific bachelor degree. However, the application of other students with another bachelor degree and strongly motivated will be studied.

Admission in prep school will be pronounced after an interview and application examination.
